Full-time Student:
Student Fee can be applied for the full-time student during the advance registration period. The Student Fee includes only attendance of all conference sessions, proceedings and coffee breaks, but not the Reception on July 19 and Dinners on July 20 and 21, and no accompanying person can be registered with participants of Student Fee. A copy of valid Student ID must be sent to the Registration Office.

How to register as Full-time Student:
On-line registration form does not have the Student Category. Please choose either Member 1, Member 2 or Non-member, which is applicable to you, and complete your registration. After you receive an e-mail from the Registration Office with your registration number, please forward that e-mail with comments that you would like to register as student to the Registration Office(hpcasia2004@ics-inc.co.jp). Also please send the copy of your student ID either by e-mail or fax (Fax No.:+81-3-3292-1811).

Conference Registration Fee includes:
- Attendance of all conference sessions
- Proceedings

Full registered participants can attend the following events supported by the conference sponsors:
- Welcome Reception on July 19
- Industry Hosting Dinners on July 20 and 21
- Luncheon on July 20

Accompanying Person:

Each official participant can register one accompanying person free of charge.

Accompanying persons can attend the Welcome Reception on July 19 and the Industry Hosting Dinners on July 20 and 21, but cannot attend the conference sessions.

On-line Registration will be closed on July 8,2004.

CONFIRMATION
Upon receiving your registration form and payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number. Please bring this confirmation slip with you and present it at the registration desk at the Conference site.

VISA REQUIREMENT -LETTER OF INVITATION IN ORDER TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE
Every foreign visitor entering Japan must have a valid passport. Visitors from countries whose citizens must have visas should apply to the Japanese consular office of diplomatic mission in their respective country. For further details, please contact your travel agent or the local consular office.

To apply for a visa for travel to Japan, participants may be required by the Japanese Consulate to provide letters of invitation or other extra documents. The Secretariat will prepare the necessary documents, provided that the following criteria are completed: 1) complete the conference registration with the full, non-refundable payment of registration fee and 2) submit the Visa Application Form along with one of the following documents for identification (CV, information on the institution you belong to, etc.). Also, each applicant is requested to complete his/her registration and contact the Registration Office by himself/herself individually. For correspondence via e-mail, free, web-based e-mail accounts are not acceptable.

CANCELLATION
Notice of cancellations must be made in writing to the Registration Office. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation as follows:
Received by Tuesday, June 1, 2004 100% of the amount of payment.
Received by Wednesday, June 30, 2004 50% of the amount of payment
Received after Thursday, July 1, 2004 No refund
Bank handling charge will be deducted from the refund respectively.
All refund will be made after the Conference.
