HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS

Rooms have been blocked at following hotels for the Conference period. Reservations will be made by JTB Corp. in order of receipt of the Registration & Accommodation form. If the hotel of your first choice is fully booked, your second choice or a hotel in the same grade will be reserved.

Notes:
- Room rates include service charge and 5% tax.
- Room rates include no meals.
- * indicates single occupancy of a twin room.
- ** indicates single occupancy of a double room.

APPLICATION AND PAYMENT FOR HOTELS

Participants wishing to reserve hotel accommodations should fill in the information about choice of hotel, check-in and check-out date on Online Registration & Accommodation form no later than June 20, 2004.. After June 20, please contact JTB directly for any further request：hpcasia2004@itd.jtb.co.jp.
Application should be accompanied by a remittance covering the hotel deposit (one night room charge) plus a handling charge of JPY500 due JTB. (The hotel deposit will be credited to your bill. All hotel expenses deducting the deposit should be paid directly to the hotel.)
No reservation will be confirmed in the absence of this payment. Personal checks are not accepted. All payment must be in Japanese yen. The remitter's name should be the same as the participant's name. If the remittance covers more than one person, please inform us the name of each participant.

CANCELLATION

If you have to cancel the room reservation, written notification should be sent to JTP Corp. The following cancellation fees will be deducted before refunding.

- Up to 10 days before the first night of stay------------- JPY 500

- 9 to 2 days before the arrival date-------------- 20% of 1^st night

- 1 day before arrival date -------------------------- 80% of 1^st night

- Arrival date or without notice --------------------100% of 1^st night
